At Penningtons, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all price tags still attached to the garment.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return method by either visiting any Penningtons store location for a free instant refund or using our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items and your packing slip inside the original bag, affix the generated shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
